Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will contribute to the efficient running of the Early Childhood Pedagogy Network (ECPN) by performing a range of administrative tasks in accordance to policies and procedures. The incumbent will assist with the day to day administrative activities in the department related to financial, human and physical resources. The role will serve as a point of contact for administration and will assist in the preparation of reports for stakeholders in accordance with all Western and funding agency policies, procedures and guidelines. The incumbent will handle incoming and outgoing mail in a confidential and timely manner, ensure that supplies inventories are adequate and maintained, and assist with the preparation and processing of any required documentation. The incumbent will assist with the coordination of meetings and events, ensure any required resources are available, and that any associated documentation is prepared.
Qualifications

Education:
