The Administrative Assistant will coordinate the day-to-day clinical assignment and scheduling of the 88 dental cubicles, faculty clinic assignments, and the student out-of-clinic assignments for the undergraduate dental degree program at the Schulich School of Dentistry. The Administrative Assistant will support multiple Division Heads, undergraduate DDS students, and internal and external Faculty, programs and other internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for the daily clinical assignment and management of the main clinic cubicles for each clinic session (2-3 clinic sessions daily). The role will work in conjunction with the curriculum administrative assistant to coordinate and modify multiple schedules for all dental students to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts between the academic and the clinical portions of the undergraduate DDS program. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with each academic division to coordinate, monitor, and adjust student and faculty schedules and availability.
