We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at White Hall Plumbing & Hydronics. This role is vital in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in data entry and managing files accurately.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
