Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Solon office. This on-site role is essential to keeping our office organized, ensuring compliance, and supporting both operational and executive team needs.
Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform password resets in Paylocity and support system access needs
  • Launch laptops and update the laptop log
  • Open, scan, send, and shred incoming mail
  • Maintain the CI spreadsheet and org chart
  • Respond to the Support Email Inbox in a timely manner
  • Act as State Food Safety Person in Charge
  • Manage food license renewals
  • Monitor and maintain uniform stock
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Print, laminate, and post office materials
  • Take out trash and maintain general office cleanliness
  • Organize and maintain compliance binders
  • Pick up mail, food, or other office items as needed
  • Write and distribute meeting minutes for Monday’s Executive meeting
  • Notarize documents as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Paylocity preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work on-site full-time
