ABOUT US
We are a busy Chiropractic Clinic dedicated to enhancing our patients’ health and mobility through personalized care. We are hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant who will also receive training as a Therapy Assistant to meet the operational needs of our clinic.
This role is ideal for an organized, personable individual interested in gaining valuable experience in both administration and clinical support within a healthcare environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience in administrative or medical office settings preferred
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Willingness to learn and perform hands-on therapy support
· Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
· Basic computer proficiency; experience with Jane booking system is an asset
· High school diploma required; post-secondary education in healthcare administration or related fields is beneficial
· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

THERAPY ASSISTANT DUTIES (TRAINING PROVIDED)
· Support Chiropractors by preparing patients for therapies (EMS, heat packs, decompression, etc.)
· Clean and disinfect therapy equipment and office areas
· Monitor patient comfort and progress during sessions
· Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for therapy
· Facilitate efficient patient flow in the clinic
