Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Plantsville, CT location. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations, coordinate communications, assist with onboarding and events, and provide general administrative support across the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide front-office support: greet visitors, route calls, manage mail and supplies.
  • Handle general admin tasks: data entry, document prep, filing, scheduling, and meeting support.
  • Assist with basic HR/people ops activities such as onboarding logistics and employee communications.
  • Support simple finance/admin workflows (e.g., invoice routing, time/expense coordination).
  • Coordinate office vendors and help with facilities needs as they arise.
  • Help plan internal trainings, meetings, and team events.
  • Pitch in on special projects as needed.

What Helps You Succeed

  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (any industry).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 or similar office software.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Work Environment

  • On-site office role with regular computer and phone use.
  • Occasional light lifting (e.g., office supplies).
