We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid G License, 25 years of age or older, and 3 years proven driving experience.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
