JOB DESCRIPTION

YMCA Dublin are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our
team. This is a developmental role, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain
experience in a supportive and friendly office environment.
The successful candidate will receive full training and have the chance to develop key administrative
and professional skills.
This position is a Community Employment scheme vacancy, working 19.5 hours per week at Aungier St.
Dublin 2.
Potential start date: 12th May 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Childcare and Community Services teams with general administration, including

data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Help maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in sourcing quotes and processing invoices for goods and services.
  • Help organise meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Provide basic scheduling support for interviews.
  • Offer ad hoc support to the Senior Management Team when needed.
