We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individual for a part-time Administrative Assistant position to assist our child and youth development programs. The Administrative Assistant will help with our staffing sub-pool, communicating with staff and working on child and youth development administrative functions. Work Schedule: We are currently seeking a team member for a part-time position Monday thru Friday. Purpose and Impact: Practice Intentionality: Serve as a contact for YMCA staff in our sub-pool, assist with staff scheduling, and work closely with the executive director on child and youth development administration. Drive Community Growth: Provide responsive member-focused service and support to child and youth development. This can include but is not limited to the prompt and effective handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and communications. Data Management & Program Support: Perform essential clerical tasks, manage data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations. Be proactive with knowledge of all program information and changes. Minimum Qualifications: Education & Experience: H.S. diploma or equivalent required 1 - 2 years’ of college is preferred. 5 years’ of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, data entry skills, use of office equipment, and organizational skills required.
