Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in York, SC who is a creative, proactive, and energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties. The Staffing Admin proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. Maintains candidates in the company’s database as well as other tasks as they arise. Compensation and Benefits: $19.00 - 21.00/ hour Weekly pay periods every Friday Paid holidays after 6 months of employment Paid Vacation and approved time off Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Career advancement opportunities Essential Functions: Manages openings in a high-volume recruiting environment Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts Coordinates with clients to determine position requirements Analyzes resumes accurately Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques Schedules and completes interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments Completes employment reference checks on candidates interviews with candidates Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs Maintains an up-to-date and effective candidate database Generates or identifies leads for new business Requirements: Proven work experience in staffing, recruiting, or similar role (2 year or more) Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms) Solid verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills Outstanding time-management abilities Ability to work individually or on teams as required Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients High school diploma or equivalent
