JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, handling a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to our overall efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or dental office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Sage is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience handling front desk responsibilities, including managing appointments and patient interactions in a dental office is preferred but not required.
