In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Enable consistent and effective leadership cadence across a global engineering organisation through structured coordination and follow-up. * Strengthen cross-regional alignment by connecting teams across EMEIA and ensuring clear communication of priorities and updates. * Improve decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven reports and dashboards. * Enhance visibility of key projects, risks, and performance metrics through high-quality tracking and reporting. * Drive execution discipline by capturing actions, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability across leadership forums. * Elevate the quality of leadership communications through clear, concise, and professionally structured materials. * Increase operational efficiency by streamlining administrative and coordination processes across the engineering function. * Act as a central point of coordination, enabling seamless collaboration across engineering, HR, finance, and other functions.
