Description
We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Manufacturing Engineering [DC1] Department in Darlington In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Coordinate documents, data, and administrative activities that help the team, department, or function operate efficiently and consistently. * Gather, verify, and enter accurate information into reports, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems. * Support engineering change activity from release through implementation by using Windchill, PowerApps, VPCR processes, and related change management tools. * Identify components, usage, and potential plant impacts from drawings, details, released engineering changes, part setups, effectivity dates, and bills of material. * Monitor upcoming changes early, assess potential impact to the plant, and help prepare stakeholders for successful implementation. * Communicate change details clearly to team members and wider plant stakeholders, including coordinating weekly change meetings and follow-up actions. * Provide administrative and operational support by preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, arranging calls, responding to routine inquiries, and supporting payment documentation when required. * Maintain and update key departmental information, including policies, procedures, Power BI KPI data, safety CAR status, quality CAR status, and other reporting needs.
