Description Position: Administrative Associate Department: Accounting and Human Resources Location: Wixom, MI FLSA: Nonexempt Position Overview The Administrative Associate provides cross-functional support across operations, accounting, HR, and executive leadership. This role is responsible for expense management, financial reconciliations, reporting, vendor and inventory oversight, and intercompany coordination. The position also supports month-end close activities, fixed asset management, credit processes, applicant outreach, and issue resolution with internal and external partners. Serving as a key administrative and operational resource, the role ensures accurate reporting, efficient processes, and responsive support to the CSMO, CEO, and broader organization. Primary Functions and Responsibilities Accounting · Manage employee expense reports, approvals, and training for new and existing employees on the expense tracking platform · Maintain and oversee fixed asset management and tracking · Reconcile intercompany invoices, including monitoring and resolving open items · Perform end-of-month bank statement reconciliations · Prepare and distribute monthly intercompany reports to RAMPF Group Inc. · Support month-end close by reconciling goods receipts and partnering with the Accounting Clerk to ensure a smooth close process · Prepare and post accrual and prepaid entries in coordination with accounting · Process new account setup, credit checks, and customer credit requests · Handle escalation issues with business partners and resolve operational concerns · Follow up with vendors on operational issues to ensure timely resolution · Perform other duties assigned Human Resources · Help oversee cost saving initiative when requested by executive leadership or Human Resources · Coordinate and process customer visit checks in accordance with company policies · Conduct outreach and follow-up with applicants for RGI positions · Follow up on training records for compliance · Update and maintain HR boards across all RGI facilities · Help plan RGI events · Help with 6S initiative · Prepare and deliver reports and information requested by the CSMO and CEO · Other duties assigned by CSMO and CEO · Perform other duties assigned Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to meet appropriate deadlines · Accurate and results oriented. · Committed to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Minimum Qualifications Good knowledge of General Accounting Principles Solid computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Must be very detail oriented Must be highly motivated without the need for continuous direction Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office and warehouse environment, can lift up to 25 lbs
