Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) Location: Hybrid (US) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Finance Reports To: Billing Manager Position Summary Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking an Administrative Billing Support professional to assist with the billing department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. This position will support the billing process, help maintain financial records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing operations. Key Responsibilities Billing Support Assist in preparing, reviewing, and sending invoices to clients. Verify billing information for accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Work closely with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues. Administrative Tasks Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions. Help with the preparation of financial reports and billing data. Assist with administrative tasks related to finance and billing, including organizing files and documentation. Client Communication Act as the point of contact for client billing inquiries. Work with clients to address any billing questions or issues. Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in billing or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data. Preferred Qualifications Experience in billing or accounting software. Experience with government contracting billing procedures. Core Competencies Attention to Detail: Ability to process financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with clients and resolve issues. Organization: Ability to manage and maintain organized financial records.
