Availability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Proven experience managing shared inboxes or delegated access in Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency in CRM data entry and deal creation within platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive. Experience managing DocuSign templates. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to draft professional emails for management review while following established communication workflows. Strong accuracy and attention to detail in structured data entry tasks. Foundational knowledge of sales and business development processes. Ability to execute batch email campaigns (50–100 emails) with consistent tone and messaging.
