The Administrative Clerical & Recruitment position executes the strategies specifically related to staffing at Chick-fil-A Audubon Crossings and Barrington in conjunction with sales trends, organizational goals, and overall guest/team experience. They work closely with the Executive Administrator, CEO and Sr. Operational leadership to facilitate timely and effective decision-making to ensure we are always adequately staffed and culturally aligned in decisions. This will ensure our vision and core values are the foundation on which we operate and as we scale the business for future growth. This is a non-guest facing role and is not part of day to day operations.
Responsibilities Include:
1.Ensure the application, interview, and on-boarding process are completed within
the established timeline to ensure the most efficient and effective methods are being
utilized and continuously reevaluate.
2.Maintain a constant and adequate pipeline of applicants to meet the staffing needs
of the business based on future needs and trends/historical hiring data. Ensure all
information posted is current, while taking advantage of offsite opportunities at
universities/etc. and any respective online job platforms that they may have at their
disposal.
3. Create, collect, organize, and keep current all hiring data. This includes but not
limited to: total applications received, avg. tenure of employees, etc. that allows us to
continue to refine our processes. This will also be used to help us plan accordingly,
identify opportunities internally, and communicate those consistently to all
directly/indirectly responsible parties along the team member journey.
4. Organizational Alignment
5.I-9 process including ID verification, Working Paper completion and ATS utilization for all
new hires
a. Connect regularly with the CEO and Director of Training (at a minimum
1/mo), and the Sr. Director of Operations weekly and other times as needed.
b. Work closely with the CEO to maximize our vision’s effectiveness.
c. Connect regularly with operational leadership to ensure all areas of staffing,
including future needs, in order to make proactive/effective decisions.
6.Budget management for uniform ordering and recruitment advertising
Organizational Health:
o Work closely with the Ops Directors, and Director of Training to ensure
clarity and alignment of roles/responsibilities within the organization.
o Work closely with the Ops Directors, and Director of Training to
passionately reinforce our commitment to our vision and values and select those
candidates accordingly.
