This role is vital in ensuring operations and excellent client service within our programs. Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and program staff. Answer phones and provide front desk/reception coverage. Schedule client orientations and follow up on attendance. Prepare and manage documentation including letters, reports, and certificates. Maintain client flow logs, peer review logs, and UA (drug testing) logs. Assemble orientation packets and update program resources materials. Order supplies and maintain supply inventory and storage. Maintain and archive client files; ensure proper file breakdown and organization. Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe facility environment. Perform other duties as needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience with demonstrated attention to detail. Strong computer and paperwork skills; ability to manage documentation and records effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork abilities. Bilingual proficiency is required. Compliance with all agency and contract requirements related to trainings, public health, certifications, and reporting. Ability to pass all pre-employment screening, including references, education verification, a criminal background check with at least one year clear of probation or parole, a drug test, and a negative TB test. Must have reliable transportation. On-site position.
