SUMMARY

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, the Administrative Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties related to the Distribution Centre in order to maximize the effectiveness of customer- service levels.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Aptitude for details
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum two years of office experience
  • Familiar with standard office equipment such as photocopier and scanning equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment.
  • Able to work independently.

LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS

  • French is a requirement, and intermediary English is an asset

EDUCATION

  • High school graduation is a requirement.
