ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Client Services Associate (Offsite) to join our Customer Support department. In this hourly, full-time position, you will act as the backbone of our client support operations, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality administrative support. This is a fully remote role requiring excellent organizational skills, effective communication in English, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses via email, chat, or phone.
  • Provide administrative assistance to support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team.
  • Coordinate and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with scheduling, client onboarding processes, and maintaining up-to-date client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate and deliver reports summarizing client interactions and support activities.
