  • Welcome New Clients: Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through their next steps.
  • File Management: Collect, scan, and upload timeshare documents to Salesforce.
  • Team Player: Assist with incoming mail, emails, chatters, and faxes – making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Process Improvement: Test systems and workflows to keep things running smoothly.
  • Client Focused: Ensure all onboarding materials are completed and submitted, setting clients up for success
