Our environment is modern, welcoming, and built on excellence, and we are seeking a highly capable Administrative & Client Success Coordinator to serve as both the first point of contact and a trusted internal support to our growing team.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE + SALES SUPPORT

• Greet clients in person and via phone with warmth, professionalism, and knowledge of our services.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to share service offerings and help them take the next step toward booking.
• Serve as a confident “closer,” offering support that aligns client needs with our offerings, without aggressive selling.
• Assist in converting incoming leads into booked consultations or treatments by understanding client interests and overcoming objections.
• Maintain client records and CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support social proof efforts (e.g., before/after photo collection, review requests, testimonials).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in a wellness, medical, or aesthetics front office or customer service role. (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Sales experience or strong natural ability to build rapport, educate, and guide clients toward booking decisions.
• Confident and professional communicator (written and verbal) who can speak clearly about our treatments and memberships.
• Proficiency in systems such as electronic medical records (EMR), booking/scheduling platforms, and basic office tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive medical and financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in customer success, consultative sales, or spa concierge roles is a plus.
• A proactive, upbeat, and solutions-focused approach — with a passion for health, wellness, and beauty.
