JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative/Conveyance Assistant to join our team here at RLP Varsity. This role is essential in providing support to our office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Wage will be based on experience/certifications. Starting as part-time with potential to become full-time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Lonewolf is a benefit.
  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
