It also requires the ability to handle ambiguity in work plan definition and the ability to adapt to change The Radiology Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the Radiology Department, focusing specifically on Interventional Radiology (IR) and encompassing all other radiological services. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex scheduling, coordinating care among multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining adherence to departmental protocols. The coordinator will ensure seamless workflow, prioritizing patient care and effective communication between physicians, staff, and patients. Experience Required 2 years prior experience in a healthcare or radiology setting preferred Education Requirements HIGH SCHOOL OR GED Associate's preferred Special Requirements Computer, Organizational and Good Communication Skills • Able to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment• Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills• Flexibility is highly preferred• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred• Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite• Must be able to multitask• Must be able to work well under stressful conditions with a positive attitude Salary Min ($) USD $22.00 Salary Max ($) USD $35.00
