SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Skilled with Microsoft Office software, Art Explosion, and Canva.
· High School diploma or equivalent (HSE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

· Greeting Clients upon arriving at the Sales Office; gathering information about clients and their prospective events, and sharing it with the Sales Team; checking the Reservation Book for available date(s); and processing Guest count increases.
· Making reservation book entries and filing Sales Catering Contracts.
· Printing productions sheets, labels, and sales material including menus and information sheets; and entering customer payments.
· Filing completed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), paid customer invoices, and vendor invoices.
· Handling incoming & outgoing mail.
Processing customer orders, coordinating Ceruti’s Online Orders, and processing payments.
Answering phones, emailing contracts and surveys, and replying to customer inquiries.
