Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and data support to the Director and senior team members. You will coordinate the business needs of the Director, supporting the operation of the Budget Estimates, and work closely with internal teams to keep everything running seamlessly. Confident in resolving complex enquiries, you will provide accurate information with ease and professionalism.
