Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our construction team full-time, working from our office. This role is essential in keeping our projects running smoothly — from supporting field crews and subcontractors to helping with day-to-day office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform data entry and create/organize job files for active and completed projects
  • Schedule and coordinate field employees and subcontractors for ongoing job sites
  • Assist with estimating by gathering material/labor quotes and completing minor takeoffs (training provided)
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure timelines and expectations are met
  • Help manage and create content for our social media platforms (optional but appreciated)
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks as needed
