ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

LRO Staffing is working with a mission-driven health organization to assist in the recruitment of an Administrative Coordinator for an urgent, full-time contract. This is a remote role with preference for candidates located in the Ottawa area for equipment pickup. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting internal scheduling, data entry, and coordination tasks across various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics related to internal and external activities
  • Support data entry and document management using Smartsheet, SharePoint, and internal systems
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Success Lead and other team members to keep projects on track
  • Assist with audit preparation, meeting coordination, and client support tasks
  • Ensure effective and timely communication across teams to support ongoing initiatives
