Description:
As an Administrative Coordinator for the Diabetes Singapore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations and providing essential support to the organisation’s initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage administrative tasks and coordinate various activities to facilitate the Society’s mission of raising awareness and supporting individuals affected by diabetes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the main coordinator for Diabetes Singapore’s mobile bus services programme, overseeing all aspects of its operations and acting as the go-to person for any matters related to the mobile bus services.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars related to diabetes awareness and education. This includes managing logistics, invitations, registrations, and on-site arrangements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the Society’s database, ensuring accurate records of members, donors, partners, and stakeholders. Utilize the database to generate reports and extract relevant information as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Diabetes Singapore’s nurses, bus drivers, primary care networks, General Practitioners, and their Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth and efficient execution of the mobile bus services programme.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on the mobile bus services programme’s performance and handle the billing process for the services rendered.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including but not limited to front desk duties, scheduling appointments for patients visiting our Centres, and providing support for community engagements and outreach events.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry across various aspects of Diabetes Singapore’s operations, including the mobile bus services programme and other related tasks as required.
- Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the fundraising team to support fundraising campaigns and initiatives. Help with donor acknowledgment, tracking contributions, and maintaining records of donor interactions.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, team members, and external partners to ensure effective coordination and collaboration in achieving the Society’s objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the context of administrative practices and data management
