We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in Moncton, NB area! As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for processing and verifying shipping documents, customer service, scheduling appointments and other clerical/administrative duties.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Make telephone calls and sending emails to centralized customer service.
  • Book delivery appointments via phone and email.
  • Bill of accessorial/additional fees as required.
  • Maintain group email boxes and answering queue calls when required.
  • Receive calls from drivers who are not delivering freight for specific reasons, logging and noting comments in pros.
  • Scan, photocopy, and fax documents.
  • Other administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports).
  • Audit shipping documents for accuracy, correcting and reporting to supervisor as needed.
  • Understand Federal Transportation Compliance documentation and reacting to and reporting non-compliance.
