Position Title: FT Administrative Coordinator, On-site, Mon-Fri
Department: Bindery
Reports To: Director of Operations
Salary: $ 40-55 K per/year ?
Job Summary:
Elite Bindery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling emails, managing Excel spreadsheets, performing data entry, and utilizing database systems. Knowledge or experience in manufacturing or bindery operations will be considered an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with database systems and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Bindery experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and terminology.
