QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, and office software (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with design software or project management tools is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance with choosing fabric, colors, and designs for their furniture upholstery needs.
  • Upholstery Estimating: Help customers understand the costs and timelines associated with their projects, working alongside our team to provide accurate estimates.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with creating and executing marketing campaigns (including social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, managing appointments, and maintaining client records.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their experience.
  • Collaborative Team Support: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
