Evoke Behavioral Health provides specialized educational and therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and co-occurring diagnoses. In 2025, we opened the doors to our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in Arvada, CO, featuring two playgrounds, a full gym, and dedicated spaces for sensory regulation, learning, and therapeutic support.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Arvada location. This is a key role responsible for maintaining the front office, managing visitors, coordinating student arrival and dismissal, and providing direct administrative assistance to the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability, as this role involves handling confidential information related to students, staff, and organizational operations. The Administrative Coordinator is often the first point of contact for families and visitors and plays a vital role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure and positivity in a busy environment
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check
  • TB test and occupational physical (provided by company)
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or front office support role
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder
Responsibilities
  • Greet and manage visitors at the front entrance; oversee sign-in/out procedures
  • Coordinate drop-off and pick-up logistics for students and families
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and shared administrative areas
  • Receive mail and packages; manage distribution and inventory
  • Order supplies for classrooms, offices, and general operations; maintain associated budget
  • Serve as a direct clerical assistant to the leadership team, supporting scheduling, communication, and documentation
  • Assist with lunch coverage as needed
  • Administer medication during the day as needed (QMAP training provided)
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with staff, families, and external contacts
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor and the leadership team
