Description

JOBSCOPE:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and materials management teams, including managing calendars.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales quotation and project warranties.
  • Maintaining and updating customers and suppliers databases for completeness of records.
  • Coordinating orders, tracking and distribution of office and operational supplies.
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and escalating issues as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Strong organizational management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Meticulous in detail and maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
