In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure every interaction is warm, professional, and organized. You’ll manage all inquiries and leads, keep contracts and deadlines on track, and support our agents so they can focus on helping clients buy and sell their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all new and existing client inquiries.
  • Managing our main phone line and making sure every caller feels taken care of.
  • Scheduling showings with clients and coordinating with agents.
  • Managing leads and keeping everything organized in our CRM.
  • Handling contracts, deadlines, and paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting our Realtors with scheduling, reports, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Delivering a customer experience that feels friendly, seamless, and professional every step of the way.
