HARDY SALES – WHAT WE DO:

Hardy Sales is the most consistent and reliable perishable food distributor in Western Canada. We distribute meat, deli, seafood, and bakery items to both Retail and Food Service customers through our warehouse facilities in British Columbia and Alberta. Our dedicated sales team, key account managers, and customer service representatives ensure that each customer receives personalized service. We also provide flexible marketing support to grocery chains.
By constantly developing new product offerings and implementing new processes, we are constantly working to improve our customer service experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 year office experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong operational experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in business correspondence with excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills
  • Strong keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including data entry, scheduling, correspondence between office and warehouse
  • Receive purchase orders
  • Invoicing/data entry
  • Warehouse pick sheet and label coordinator
  • Inventory adjustments
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook to manage documents, communications, and team collaboration
