Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Maintain filing systems, handle incoming/outgoing faxes, and distribute U.S and interoffice mail/reports with accuracy
  • Run and prepare necessary reports
  • Organize, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies
  • Prepare expense vouchers
  • Perform basic data entry
  • Assist other office personnel with any additional projects as needed
  • Monitor and/or back up telephone switchboard
  • Participate, initiate, or audit lean projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 wpm
  • Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.
  • Ability to operate standard office machines
  • Knowledge of efficient office procedures
  • Ability to answer telephones and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner and write legibly
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One (1) year of clerical work experience
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

QUALIFICATIONS :
