POSITION SUMMARY

The Logistics Administrative Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers requiring information or support related to warehouse services. This role involves responding to inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; warehouse or logistics environment strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with warehouse management systems is an asset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, scheduling, and general warehouse services
  • Track and update order status, delivery details, and product availability in the system
  • Liaise with warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Process service requests, returns, and adjustments in line with company policies
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed
  • Support scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments in coordination with logistics teams
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s service-first values
  • Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for customer accounts and general office duties as needed
