Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Manage and maintain electronic and paper records to ensure easy access to information. Prepare and distribute agenda and meeting materials and take minutes during meetings. Assist in project management tasks by tracking progress and deadlines. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with training materials. Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the office. College Degree . Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
