Description

At Luscii, we enable healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective remote care. Behind every patient measurement, educational module, and message in our app is a well-defined process. Our care programs follow structured workflows, built with precision and continuously monitored for quality and compliance. None of this would be possible without strong operational foundations. Where clarity, consistency, and reliability are key. That’s where you come in.
As our new Administrative Superhero, you will be the bridge between the content that patients see in our app and the systems and people that keep Luscii running. You will support the creation of health programs that help patients manage their conditions independently. And besides, you are also taking care of the internal tools, processes, and logistics that allow our team to do their best work in terms of operations, HR, et cetera. With all operational activities, you are making sure that everything runs smooth and subtle.
Whether you’re simplifying complex medical input into clear patient content, keeping our systems audit-ready or helping new Lusciians get onboarded; your work helps create the foundation for better, smarter healthcare around the world.

You will be working on all operational area’s within Luscii and your your duties will include the following, in addition to a variety of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operations support, such as contracts, payroll, time-off tracking, and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage tools, access, and assets to keep our team equipped, secure, and audit-ready. From ISO documentation to privacy-compliant internal tools and from security trainings to other mandatory courses all Lusciians will have to follow.
  • Take care of internal logistics and resources, ensuring workspaces, devices, and documentation are organised, accessible, and support a productive team environment.
  • Build and maintain health programs in the Luscii app, including patient-friendly questionnaires, measurements, and lessons in close collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Translate medical input into clear, accessible content that empowers patients and supports doctors in providing remote care.
