Description:

(https://www.igg.com/), a leading developer and publisher of mobile games, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Administrative Coordinator to join its team at 5 8th Ave. E., Vancouver, BC V5T 1R6. The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in managing office operations, coordinating activities across departments, and providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the dynamic organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Requirements: A college diploma or university degree, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Oversees and manages daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing documents.
- Implements and reviews office procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Data and Records Management:
- Maintains and updates office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compiles and analyzes data for reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Acts as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between departments.
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence and manages office inventory.
- Project and Budget Support:
- Assists in planning and executing special projects, including monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Supports the preparation of operating budgets and maintains inventory and budget controls.
- Reporting and Supervision:
- Delegates tasks to office support staff, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Supervises records management and related staff as needed.
- Compiles data and prepares reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
