We Are Hiring Location: Austin, TX Facility: DC - Specialty Pavilion Department/Specialty: Pedi Neurosciences Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p What You Will Do Execute Complex Dual-System Scheduling by managing sophisticated calendars across both UT and Ascension platforms to ensure seamless coordination for providers and employees. Direct Global Travel & Expense Logistics by orchestrating professional travel arrangements and managing the end-to-end reimbursement process with strict adherence to institutional policies. Lead Financial Administrative Operations by overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain departmental fiscal health. Orchestrate High-Impact Events & Conferences by spearheading the planning, coordination, and physical setup of departmental meetings and guest conferences. Drive Project & Clinical Support Initiatives by providing high-level administrative assistance to clinical managers and providers, ensuring specialized projects stay on track and organized. Manage Departmental Continuity by directing supply procurement and serving as the primary professional point of contact for guests and visiting clinicians. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences Proven Administrative Mastery: Significant experience as an Administrative Assistant, specifically supporting clinical practices, providers, or senior healthcare management. Healthcare Industry Acumen: A deep understanding of the nuances within a clinical or academic medical environment. Event & Project Coordination: A track record of successfully planning events and managing project-based workloads with minimal supervision.
