Responsibilities
  • Manage listings from start to finish (MLS input, marketing coordination, signage, and paperwork)
  • Prepare and organize contracts, disclosures, and compliance documents
  • Communicate with clients, agents, lawyers, and service providers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Keep our team calendar, CRM, and files up to date
  • Assist with marketing — from social media scheduling to brochure creation
  • Be the go-to problem solver for all things admin
