Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of building access, shared amenities, and tenant communications. Responsibilities
  • Manage building access card requests, including issuing cards, programming new cards, and handling reprogramming needs.
  • Coordinate access to shared amenities such as gym and locker rooms, ensuring smooth processes for tenants.
  • Process parking-related changes, including new requests, cancellations, and collaboration with parking vendors, as well as distributing parking passes.
  • Assist tenants with lock-out situations, such as gym locker access issues.
  • Handle reservations for shared amenity spaces, including conference rooms, ensuring proper scheduling and tenant satisfaction.
  • Communicate with tenants and landlords regarding building activities, such as hosted events, catering access, and client visits.
  • Refill coffee machines in shared amenity spaces three times daily to maintain tenant satisfaction and comfort.
  • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle tenant and landlord interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management.
  • Ability to respond promptly to inbound calls and tenant inquiries.
  • Familiarity with facilities management or home health services is a plus.
  • Reliable and proactive approach to problem-solving and daily responsibilities.
