Cedar Park, TX | Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $18 – $22/hr About Little Land Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym is a pediatric therapy clinic and play gym where kids come to grow, play, and thrive. Our Cedar Park location serves families every week across occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Behind every great therapy session is someone making sure the schedule runs, the family feels welcome, and nothing falls through the cracks. That's this role. The Role We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Cedar Park team. You'll be the first voice families hear, the person keeping our schedule tight, and the backbone of our daily clinic operations. You'll work directly under our Director of Administration as part of a small, tight-knit team. What You'll Do Scheduling Manage patient scheduling across OT, PT, ST, and ABA — keeping the schedule full and gaps minimal Confirm appointments, handle cancellations and reschedules proactively Coordinate with therapists and clinical leads on availability and capacity Maintain accurate records in our practice management system Front Desk & Family Communication Greet families warmly and manage the front desk from arrival through checkout Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries quickly Collect intake forms, insurance information, and authorizations as needed Communicate clearly with families about scheduling, policies, and clinic updates Administrative Support Support the Director of Administration with day-to-day operational tasks Maintain organized records — patient files, authorizations, correspondence Flag issues before they become problems Who You Are 1–2+ years in a front desk, scheduling, or administrative role — medical or therapy office preferred Warm, professional, and composed under pressure Organized and able to manage a busy day without dropping the ball You pick up new software quickly and are comfortable in scheduling or EMR systems Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly: $18 – $22/hr, based on experience Full-time, non-exempt PTO and paid holidays Health benefits (details during offer process) Little Land is an equal opportunity employer.
