    We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Complete Cardiovascular Center of Monroe! This position offers competitive pay, M-F schedule, PTO, closed holidays and weekends, and full benefits including 401(k) with a company match. SUMMARY: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all administrative and clerical support as necessary with complete confidentiality, including but not limited to:   * Managing front office duties * Scheduling patient appointments * Registering patients * Scanning insurance cards * Inputting data into EPIC * Taking payments * Daily closing and balancing * Must be able to multitask * Ability to learn quickly and eager to grow  EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: * High School degree or equivalent required. A minimum of 2 years of training beyond high school (college or technical school) preferred.  * At least five years of work experience in an office/clerical setting preferred.  * Significant experience in a healthcare organization preferred.  * Must be familiar with word processing systems (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel), rules of grammar, spelling, English composition, and punctuation.    LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * None required.  
Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive clerical and administrative support, including managing front office duties and patient scheduling. Responsibilities also include registering patients, processing payments, and maintaining data within the EPIC system.
