Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support for the Exec Director/Facilities and the Plant Engineering (department 8060) and Parking Deck (department 8074).
  • Answers telephones, greets visitors and customers with courtesy and respect, disseminates information, maintains filing systems, maintains office supplies and equipment, creates databases, enters “want lists” into the Infor system to generate purchase orders (PO), inputs and merges data, identifies opportunities to improve patient safety, and participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety.
  • Performs duties professionally and proficiently while supporting day-to-day Plant Engineering and Parking Deck operations.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of diversity.

  • Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
