ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Location: Campbellville, Ontario
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily office functions, managing documentation, and coordinating communication between project managers, field staff, internal staff, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office administration role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); good typing and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
  • Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to function effectively during periods of rapid change and transition
  • Quick thinker with strong decision-making skills, particularly over the phone
