JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: Provides administrative and clerical support for Personal Assistant Services by handling communications, performing data entry and maintaining the flow of documentation necessary for department/agency operations.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

· A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
· Data entry skills.

EDUCATION:

· Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

· Ability to read and write English. Basic computer skills preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Use hands to grip or feel.
· Reach with hands and arms.
· Occasionally required to bend, stoop and kneel.
· Frequently required to stand on one’s feet for a long period of time.
· Ability to deal effectively with stress.

Responsibilities

· Provide clerical and administrative support to Personal Assistant Services Department
· Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking of medical supplies, forms and promotional items.
· Performs data entry and tracking of data essential to agency operations.
· Prepare new hire orientation and clients Packets
· Answers multi-line phone system in conjunction with Receptionist
· Covers reception area during lunch and absences
· Backup for receiving intake phone calls
· Responsible for auditing, monitoring, and correction rejected claims utilizing the failed export report
· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
· Monitors and distributes incoming faxes.
· Prepares and coordinates deliveries to offsite destinations.
· Inputs data and assists in tracking methods.
· Participates in special projects as required.
· Demonstrates and maintains current knowledge of Agency procedures and established processes.
· Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and deemed necessary.
