⭐Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and students upon arrival at the academy.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Lesson sales and process customer payments.
  • Update student accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform basic facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
  • Keep the school environment tidy and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide accurate information about lessons both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

⭐Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. All three is favourable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic with a drive to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
